Chere Burger

Chere Burger represented South Africa in its first-ever dressage team that competed at World Equestrian Games in 2014 on her Friesian mount Adelprag Anders 451.  She made riding history twice at WEG being the first dressage rider in the ring to represent a South African team ever at WEG, plus debuting  the first-ever Friesian breed at the event. She works as stud manager at NJC Pienaar Bdy in Potchefstroom, South Africa, but often travels to Europe for competitions and training.  She made her international dressage debut in 2013 and trains under Imke Bartells in Holland.
